Vincent Loiacono

Chief Financial Officer


Vincent Loiacono has served as Chief Financial Officer bringing decades of financial leadership and strategic expertise to several organizations throughout his career. He previously held the CFO role at Sysorex, Inc. and Sysorex Government Services, Inc., a position he had maintained since March 2018. Prior to these roles, Mr. Loiacono provided consulting and tax services from 2015 to 2018, focusing on residential real estate, commercial banking, and SEC reporting.

Earlier in his career, he served as Vice President of Finance, Operations, and Analytics at Intelligent Decisions, Inc. (2014–2015). From 2008 to 2012, Mr. Loiacono was CFO of TerreStar Networks, where he oversaw business scaling and provided strategic direction for the development of satellite phone technology and the launch of a commercial satellite. Before that, he was Senior Vice President and Principal Financial Officer at WorldSpace Satellite Radio (2005–2008), leading efforts to raise $220 million through an IPO and expand international markets.

Mr. Loiacono earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from CUNY Bernard M. Baruch College and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
