SY Acquisition Co LLC Acquires Sysorex Government Services Assets to Strengthen Federal Market Leadership.

Herndon, Virginia, Nov. 7, 2025 – SY Acquisition Co LLC ("SYAC" or the "Company"), a transformative IT company specializing in AI-driven solutions, cybersecurity and technology modernization for government and enterprise customers, announced it has acquired Sysorex Government Services, Inc. (“Sysorex”) assets, which include all its federal contracts, and other assets. As part of the asset purchase, SYAC has hired all of Sysorex employees. SYAC has entered into an employment agreement with Zaman Khan as the CEO of SYAC. Previously, Mr. Khan was President of Sysorex. SYAC will be operating as d/b/a Secure Federal Technologies, Inc.
